Seeds of Rhythm: A Spring Renewal Drum Circle Just like the earth, we are waking up. This April gathering is about planting new intentions, reconnecting to joy, and letting rhythm move stagnant energy out of the body. Come drum, breathe, laugh, and remember what it feels like to feel alive together. No experience or drum needed- we have many interesting instruments to choose from.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
