Step into the rhythm of relaxation and renewal at our Meditative Drum Circle. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of communal drumming, where each beat guides you into a deeper state of mindfulness and connection. No experience is needed-just an open heart and a willingness to explore the power of Rhythm. You will feel your energy rise as we drum together creating a shared healing experience. Connect with a like-minded community in a beginner friendly, welcoming Space. Release stress and quiet the mind through grounding drum exercises as we play along with Shamanic background music. Come drum with us and experience the magic of sound, meditation, and unity. ***Bring your own drum or use one of the 5 percussion instruments that are available. ****Beverages will be provided and there will be an Angel Card Reading at the end!
