Service Description
What would it feel like to set down the stress, worries, and expectations you've been carrying? This month we'll use rhythm as a tool for release and renewal. Though guided drumming exercises group rhythms, and moments of reflection, we'll explore what it means to create space for more peace, joy, and freedom in our lives. No musical experience necessary. Drums are provided and all are welcome!
Cancellation Policy
Can request 48 hours -notice for cancellations. Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
