In this immersive workshop, we’ll explore how to: • Release deeper layers of resistance held in the body and nervous system • Recognize and reprogram subconscious patterns that keep you looping in familiar emotions • Practice staying open during discomfort so energy can complete its natural cycle • Anchor into your true Self — the awareness that never wavers, even as life moves around you Through sound medicine, somatic inquiry, and energetic realignment, you’ll experience what it means to meet life from presence, not protection — to let love, flow, and inner stillness guide you. This is more than a class — it’s an activation. A remembrance of your boundless nature and the peace that arises when you no longer fight life, but dance with it.
