Service Description
A personalized energy healing session designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This session blends Reiki, sound healing, Meridian based touch support and energy point balancing to help regulate the nervous system, ease stress and energetically support the body during hormonal changes. Special focus is given to the lower chakras to help stabilize mood, cultivate inner calm, and reconnect you with your body. Each session also includes a custom channeled guided meditation intuitively created for you to be used during your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
