Acupressure

Acupuncture

AcuMassage

Also known as Tui Na Combines principles from acupuncture and Chinese massage techniques to stimulate acupoints and meridians through massage and manipulation of soft tissues.

Improves circulation and promotes the flow of Qi (energy) in the body.


Helps in managing pain and discomfort associated with injuries or chronic conditions.


Enhances flexibility and range of motion.

Acupuncture may include herbal and/or dietary recommendations based on individual needs. Treatment may include the application of heat, cupping therapy and/or essential oil therapy.

One on one practitioner time 20-30 minutes with additional 30 minutes of rest time for patient. Recommended for the treatment of unmanaged stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, grief, extreme fatigue, & chronic conditions.

Comprehensive herbal consult without Acupuncture.  This includes nutritional, herbal, lifestyle and/or supplemental recommendations 

Facial Acupuncture treatments.  This includes facial cupping, gua sha, neck and jaw release and acupuncture to gently lift and smooth fine wrinkles while reducing tension in the face, jaw and neck.  Red light therapy treatment included.
