Therapist
Rachel Bond, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting survivors of interpersonal violence and complex trauma. My background includes work with adults, children, and U.S. military service members, but I welcome anyone feeling stuck in survival mode.
My approach is integrative, blending the science of neuroplasticity with mind-body healing and existential exploration. Interventions involve somatic work to regulate the nervous system and talk-therapy to explore the conscious and unconscious mind. I use Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), Breathwork, grounding and mindfulness to cultivate safety from within. I am trained in different cognitive modalities and parts work to support meaning-making, identity reconstruction, and healing from the inside out.
Together, we don't just process trauma—we ask the deeper questions: Who am I beneath what I’ve survived? What does it mean to face death and still choose life? How do I build a life that feels in alignment with my soul?
I support clients in understanding how and why trauma lives on in the body—and in alchemizing that energy into healing shame, expanding their capacity for love, and moving from post-traumatic stress to post-traumatic growth.

She loves walking alongside her clients on their healing journey—supporting, restoring, and reminding them that self-care is not a luxury, but an essential part of health.

Donna Sappah, LCPC
Child/Adolescent Therapist
Everyday life can feel challenging, and even the word “therapy” can sound overwhelming. That’s why I believe children and teens need a space where they can “just come and have a conversation.”
I provide a safe, welcoming environment for those conversations — and for my younger clients, I also offer Play Therapy. Play is a child’s natural language, and through it they’re able to process their feelings in ways that words sometimes can’t. My playroom is filled with books, Calico Critters, crafts, and so much more, giving each child the freedom to explore, create, and express themselves.
Whether it’s through conversation or play, every child, adolescent, or teen who walks through my door has full control over how they’d like to spend their time with me.
Two of my favorite quotes come directly from the teens I’ve worked with:
-
“Ms. Donna does Ms. Donna magic.”
-
“You’re not weird, Ms. Donna. You’re a limited edition.”
So whether your child needs a conversation, creative expression, or a little “Ms. Donna magic,” I look forward to welcoming them into my space.

Yoga & Qigong Practitioner
Davey Calico
Davey Calico trains men to cultivate sexual, emotional, and social wellness through mindful, embodied practices and group work. His professional journey began in education, where he served as a public school teacher. After the passing of his parents, Davey was deeply moved by the struggles many people face in embracing lives rooted in health, presence, and vitality. That experience reshaped his purpose and guided him toward the work he does today.
As a certified Kundalini Yoga and Qigong instructor, Davey integrates movement, breath, and awareness to help men reconnect with their innate energy and strength. He is also the author of Weaving Within: A Guide to Tantric Breathwork, a book that explores how conscious breathing can harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
In addition to his teaching and writing, Davey leads a men’s group in his hometown, creating space for open dialogue, personal growth, and community connection. He also volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association, honoring his family’s story and contributing to a cause that continues to inspire his commitment to compassionate living.
Davey’s mission is to empower men to embody authenticity, vitality, and purpose—living balanced, integrated lives of strength, awareness, and connection.
