We will notify you when we have sent you a link to access our patient portal and fill out intake and screening forms. To make the most of your first appointment, please complete all forms electronically before your visit. This allows us to focus entirely on your care and ensures a more efficient use of your time.
If seeking medication management:
Once the onboarding process is complete, our admin can typically get you scheduled within a week or two.
If seeking therapy:
Your matched therapist will email you directly to arrange your first appointment.

Here is some helpful information!
Telehealth Appointments
For virtual sessions, your telehealth link will be sent right before your session to your email. Some providers may use alternative HIPAA-compliant platforms like Zoom, but you will be notified ahead of time if that applies to your session.

Texting is our preferred method of communication, as we constantly monitor this line and can assist you more promptly. While we do our best to answer calls, we may be on the other line, so texting ensures you get a quicker response.

Copays & Payments
We will collect your co-pay or deductible amount after your first claim is processed. We use STRIPE to securely process credit card payments. You will receive an email from our staff about payment due which will contain the payment link which will look like billing.restorehealing.org followed by some numbers associated with that customized payment link. You will also get an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company as well.

You may also mail your payment to R&R Healing Co. (For our mailing address, please visit www.restorehealing.org) or visit us in person to make a payment.
Financial Responsibility

All plans subject to a deductible will require a completed credit/debit card authorization form on file.

All copays over $35 will require a credit/debit card authorization form on file.

Credit card authorizations will be used for any balance that becomes 30+ days past due or after three (3) missed payment requests.

Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit/debit card on file in accordance with R&R Healing Co. policies.

All automatic payments will be processed on the 1st of each month.
Medication & Prior Authorizations
Some medications require prior authorization before they can be filled. Here’s how that process works:

The prescriber sends your prescription to the pharmacy.

The pharmacy submits the request to your insurance carrier.

If prior authorization is needed, the insurance carrier notifies the pharmacy.

The prescriber then submits the necessary paperwork to the insurance company.
In some cases, the insurance company may require additional diagnostic work before approving the medication.
Once the insurance approves it, the pharmacy can fill your prescription.
Please note: This process can take time depending on the insurance carrier’s requirements. We understand this can be frustrating and appreciate your patience as we work to get your medication approved as quickly as possible. Please text us (410) 205-5507 for any medication refills.

All forms, scheduling, and medical records can be accessed through our client portal once we send you an activation link. Please complete all required forms before your first appointment.

Charges/Cancellations Fees: Fees, Cancellations, and Missed Appointments Policy
We understand that life happens. Each client is allowed one waived late cancellation or no-show fee, provided this is not a recurring pattern. Late Cancellations or No-Shows (less than 24-hour notice or failure to attend) will incur a $50 fee per missed session. This fee must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
To maintain the integrity and consistency of treatment, the following policy applies for repeated missed appointments:

1st Missed Appointment (without proper notice):
No fee charged. Considered a one-time grace and first warning. -
2nd Missed Appointment (without proper notice):
$50 fee applied. This serves as a final warning. -
3rd Missed Appointment (without proper notice):
$50 fee applied. At this point, one of the following actions may be taken:-
Reduction in session frequency (e.g., monthly appointments only), or

Discharge from care with a referral to another provider or agency
