Grounded in Sound is an immersive sound bath designed to bring you back into your body. Through crystal singing bowls and layered frequencies, your nervous system is gently guided into rest and regulation. As the tones move through you, tension softens, breath deepens, and mental noise begins to quiet. This is not about escaping life — it’s about becoming steady within it. When you are grounded, you respond instead of react. You feel without becoming overwhelmed. You return to the stability that has always been there. Come as you are. Leave clearer, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
