Join Mandy and Anna for a special Autumn Equinox evening of sound, Reiki, and fire as we honor the changing season. Through guided relaxation, healing sound, Reiki, and a symbolic fire ceremony, you'll have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you and welcome the balance and renewal of autumn. 🍂 We'll begin by settling in with a warm cup of herbal tea, followed by a custom essential oil blend to ground and center you for the evening ahead. You'll then sink into a comfortable, fully-supported space (zero gravity chairs, mats, blankets, and props provided) for a guided meditation and Reiki healing session, closing with an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and vibrations designed to melt away tension and quiet the nervous system. No experience necessary. Come as you are, ready to receive.
