If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
