Create and Connect Circle

Service Description

Create and Connect Circle is where creativity meets real inner work. We gather to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface—without pressure to “fix” anything. Each session blends simple crafts with guided reflection, shadow work prompts, & community connection. While your hands create, your nervous system softens—making it easier to listen inward, meet the parts of you that want attention, and release what’s been quietly weighing you down. Our first Create & Connect Circle will include painting intention rocks—using color, words, or symbols to express emotions, set intentions, or create something meaningful you can carry with you or place back into the world as a small act of connection. Future circles may include painting, collage, intuitive art, & journaling. This is for you if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns—and you’re ready for a supportive space to: express what you can’t always put into words explore emotions and triggers with compassion build self-awareness and self-trust feel seen in community (no performing, no judgment) No art experience needed—just a willingness to show up as you are. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to your inner world and the people around you.
