Service Description
Rhythm of the heart February invites us to return to the heart-not just in love for others, but in compassion for ourselves and connection with community. This drum circle is a space to release stress, soften the nervous system, and come back into rhythm with what's real and alive within you. Together we'll gather in a supportive circle, using rhythm to ground, express, and reconnect. No Drumming experience is necessary-just bring your presence, curiosity, and willingness to feel the beat. Drums will be available for use or bring one of your own. All are welcome.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
