Lightening the Load; Finding Hope & Healing in Loss This series offers space to slow down, be supported, and tend to what you’re carrying — gently. Making space for what was and what is Grief shows up in many forms — loss of a loved one, identity, relationship, health, or future. This workshop offers compassionate space to acknowledge grief without fixing or rushing it.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
