A guided experience combining conscious connected breathwork, curated music, affirmations, meditation, a primal scream, and the grounding vibrations of sound healing. As part of the breathwork journey, you’ll be invited to explore a primal scream — a supported opportunity to use your voice as an outlet for releasing held tension, emotion, and energy. There is no pressure to participate or sound a certain way; the invitation is simply to allow whatever feels natural to you in the moment. Using the energy of the Full Moon as an invitation to pause, reflect, and release, you’ll be guided through a supportive journey designed to encourage emotional release, deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a greater sense of connection within. A space to breathe deeply, let go of what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with yourself. Let your breath be your alchemy.
