Service Description
As summer's last full moon lingers in the sky, join Anna and Mandy for an evening of deep rest, release, and restoration. This moon invites us to reflect on what we've gathered this season and gently let go of what we no longer need to carry into fall. We'll begin by settling in with a warm cup of herbal tea, followed by a custom essential oil blend to ground and center you for the evening ahead. You'll then sink into a comfortable, fully-supported space (zero gravity chairs, mats, blankets, and props provided) for a guided meditation and Reiki healing session, closing with an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and vibrations designed to melt away tension and quiet the nervous system. No experience necessary. Come as you are, ready to receive.
