The December Full Supermoon invites you to release emotional weight and year-end burnout while honoring your journey in peaceful stillness. As the year’s final full moon, the Cold Moon brings a sense of completion and gentle promise. This Supermoon encourages us to embrace the wisdom we’ve gained and step into the new year with clarity, patience, and trust in what lies ahead. What to Expect Guided Grounding Meditation: Begin with an intentional opening practice to anchor your energy and attune to the tender, intuitive wisdom of the December Cold Full Supermoon in Cancer. Enjoy the soothing vibrational frequencies of sound paired with the gentle, balancing touch of Reiki energy work. Receive restorative Reiki through light hands-on touch to help soften emotional heaviness, release stagnation, and restore a sense of safety, warmth, and energetic flow throughout the body. Sink deeper into relaxation while our space is bathed in tones from crystal singing bowls, chimes, the gong, and other instruments, guiding you into a deeply peaceful meditative state. Optional Fire Release Ceremony: After our sound and Reiki journey, you’re invited to write down an emotion, pattern, fear, or attachment you’re ready to release. We’ll gather outside to offer these notes to the fire, allowing the December Cold Full Supermoon’s transformative energy to support a gentle, intentional letting go.
