Service Description

| 5–15 minute sessions A gentle, low-impact way to activate the body, support circulation, and encourage movement without a traditional workout. Simply stand on the vibration plate and use the support handles for added stability while gentle vibrations create rapid, involuntary muscle contractions throughout the body. Potential benefits may include improved circulation, gentle muscle activation, support for balance and stability, increased flexibility and mobility, reduced muscle tension and stiffness, and support for overall strength and recovery. First-time users are encouraged to begin with 5–10 minutes at a low intensity. Sessions are limited to 15 minutes. Safety & Contraindications Vibration plate use may cause temporary dizziness, lightheadedness, nausea, muscle fatigue, joint discomfort, headache, or loss of balance. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath, or feel unwell. Do not use if you are pregnant. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, epilepsy or seizure disorder, blood clots or thrombosis, significant heart or circulatory conditions, severe osteoporosis or fracture risk, recent surgery or injury, recent joint replacement or surgical implants, significant balance or vestibular conditions, or any medical condition that may be affected by vibration. Always use the support handles as needed, keep your knees slightly bent rather than locked, and remain standing upright and stable during use.
