Chakra Alignment – Focuses on balancing the body's energy centers for emotional and physical well-being. Hands-On or Hands-Off Healing – Gentle touch or hands hovering above the body based on client preference. Intuitive Energy Reading – Insights into energetic blockages and areas needing attention. Guided Breathwork & Relaxation – Encourages deep relaxation and stress release. Sound Healing Integration – May include tuning forks, singing bowls, or chimes to enhance energy flow. Essential Oils or Aromatherapy – Optional use of scents to promote relaxation and healing. Crystals for Energy Enhancement – Placement of healing stones to amplify Reiki energy. Personalized Intuitive Messages – Any impressions or guidance received during the session may be shared. Grounding & Integration – Techniques to help you feel centered and balanced after the session. We understand that life happens, and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
