Integrative somatic healing is a holistic approach that blends various therapeutic modalities to address challenges and promote well-being. At its core, it combines Somatic Experiencing (SE), Transforming Touch, Somatic Resiliency and Regulation (SRR) Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Havening Techniques. Somatic Experiencing focuses on the body’s sensations and helps individuals release trauma by processing physical responses. Transforming Touch enhances this by using gentle touch to support emotional and physical release. IFS explores and integrates different parts of the self, fostering internal harmony and healing. Havening Techniques involve touch-based methods to alter the brain’s response to stress, promoting emotional resilience. Together, these modalities create a comprehensive healing experience that addresses both mind and body, facilitating deep, transformative healing.
