Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Meet your parts. Find your peace
Service Description
What is IFS? Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, transformative therapy approach that helps you explore and understand the different “parts” of yourself—like your inner critic, your protector, or your wounded child—that influence how you think, feel, and behave. By connecting compassionately with these parts, you can heal internal conflicts, reduce emotional burdens, and bring more harmony to your inner world. What does a session look like? During your session, you’ll be guided to notice and dialogue with your inner parts in a safe, supportive space. We’ll explore how these parts impact your current feelings and behaviors and work towards fostering greater self-awareness and self-leadership. The session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort and needs. Benefits & Outcomes: Gain clarity on conflicting emotions and behaviors Release burdens held by wounded parts Strengthen your core Self—calm, compassionate, and wise Improve emotional regulation and resilience Experience increased inner peace and self-acceptance A single IFS session can provide immediate insight and relief, serving as a powerful starting point or a tune-up on your healing journey.
