Service Description
A relaxing and creative experience designed to strengthen visualization, focus, intuition, and self-expression through sound and art. We’ll begin by learning simple visualization techniques to help quiet distractions, sharpen your focus, and strengthen your ability to create and hold images, colors, and ideas in your mind. You’ll then be guided through an immersive sound journey, noticing the colors, shapes, images, emotions, and sensations that naturally arise. Afterward, we’ll bring that inner experience to life on canvas through intuitive painting. No artistic experience is needed. There is nothing to get right. This is about strengthening your inner vision, trusting what comes through, and expressing it freely through color.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
