Join Chrissy for Living Untethered workshop and sound bath. What if the freedom you’re seeking isn’t found by changing your circumstances, but by releasing what keeps you bound? In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore subconscious beliefs, protective patterns, and the inner parts that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through teaching, self-reflection, journaling, and discussion, you’ll learn how to become more present in your body, observe the stories of the mind, and reconnect with the deeper awareness beneath them. The workshop concludes with a sound bath to help integrate the experience and anchor a greater sense of freedom, clarity, and inner peace. ✨
