Join Chrissy for Living Untethered workshop and sound bath. 🌿 Living Untethered: Living From the Heart Instead of Fear ❤️ How often do we allow fear to guide our decisions without even realizing it? Fear of rejection, judgment, failure, or losing control can keep us stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from who we truly are. In this Living Untethered workshop, we’ll explore how our past experiences and subconscious beliefs shape the way we respond to life, and how to recognize when we’re operating from fear rather than love. Through guided reflection, journaling, self-awareness practices, and a relaxing sound bath, we’ll learn how to meet our fears with compassion, reconnect with our inner sense of safety, and begin making choices from a place of presence and trust. What if living from the heart isn’t about never feeling fear, but learning that fear no longer has to lead the way? Join us as we create space to soften, let go, and return to ourselves. ✨ No experience necessary. All are welcome.
