Join Chrissy for Living Untethered workshop and sound bath. Living Untethered: Attachment, Desire & Letting Go Why do we become so attached to certain people, outcomes, and ideas of how life should unfold? In this Living Untethered workshop, we’ll Explore how attachment to people, desires, and outcomes can keep us stuck. Through guided reflection, journaling, and a relaxing sound bath, we’ll practice letting go of control, creating space within, and learning to desire without attachment.
