Living Untethered 3: Expanding Emotional & Energetic Capacity In this session, we explore the core of emotional and energetic capacity — learning to stay present with intense feelings, hold your energy, and connect deeply without depletion. Through guided journaling, EFT tapping, and a restorative sound bath, you’ll gain practical tools to expand your ability to feel, receive, and process emotions, creating freedom, resilience, and deeper connection in your life and relationships.
