Service Description
The seeds we planted in April take root. Just like the earth in Spring, new energy is settling in and starting to grow. This month's circle is about grounding those intentions, strengthening our connection to ourselves and each other, and letting the rhythm move thought the body in a steady nourishing way. Come drum, breathe, laugh and let the rhythm take root. No experience necessary, and drums and percussion instruments are provided. You are welcome to bring your own instruments as well.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
