Service Description
A 45–60 minute multi-modal relaxation experience designed to help you slow down, decompress, and give your nervous system intentional time to shift into a more relaxed state. 1. Gentle Vibration | 5–10 minutes Begin on the vibration plate with gentle movement and sensory input. First-time sessions begin at approximately 5 minutes, with the option to gradually increase based on comfort and preference. 2. Pulsetto VNS + Amethyst BioMat | 15–20 minutes Next, lie back on the heated Amethyst BioMat while using Pulsetto Vagus Nerve Stimulation. The BioMat combines far-infrared warmth, natural amethyst, and negative ion technology, while Pulsetto provides gentle, non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation to complement relaxation and the body's natural rest-and-recovery response. 3. Infrared Sauna & Red Light Recovery Pod | 20–30 minutes Finish your experience in the Recovery Pod with infrared warmth, red light, PEMF, gentle vibration, and relaxing sound. This final portion is completely passive. Settle in, get comfortable, and relax. Full Experience | Approximately 45–60 minutes Your first visit includes support from a Wellness Guide who will walk you through each part of the experience, help you get comfortable with the equipment, and show you how everything works. Future sessions can be more self-directed once you're familiar with the process.
