November Community Drum Circle
The Sound of Surrender with Cindy
Available spots
Service Description
Join us for a unique, immersive drum circle where rhythm becomes a pathway to release. Through guided drumming exercises, intentional rhythm, and moments of reflection, we'll explore the things we've been holding onto-the old patterns, emotions, expectations, and burdens that may be weighing us down. Whether you come to release, reconnect, or simply explore the power of rhythm, you are welcome here. No experience needed. Bring your own drum or borrow one of ours.
