Service Description
Settle onto the heated Amethyst BioMat, which combines far-infrared warmth, natural amethyst stones, and negative ion technology. As the BioMat warms, its technology is designed to generate negative ions, similar to ions naturally present near moving water and after a rainstorm. Your session also includes Pulsetto Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS), a wearable device that provides gentle, non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation to complement relaxation and the body’s natural rest-and-recovery response. Then settle into an immersive sound environment using simulated binaural sound waves, Tibetan singing bowl tones, Koshi chimes, and other calming frequencies. There is no practitioner guiding the session. We’ll get you comfortable, set up the BioMat, Pulsetto, and sound experience, and then the time is yours to rest.
