The Self-Love Sound Bath is a relaxing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore inner balance. As you rest comfortably, soothing sound frequencies from crystal bowls and other instruments gently calm the mind, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation. This session is an invitation to release tension, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with the love and wholeness already within you. Come as you are, allow yourself to receive, and leave feeling more grounded, peaceful, and renewed. ✨

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours or more notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduling for appointments canceled or changed with less than 48 hours' notice. Thank you for your understanding and support.
