Self-Love Sound Bath is a heart-centered healing experience designed to bring you back home to yourself. This isn’t the “self-love” that performs or tries harder—this is the kind that softens. The kind that gently unwinds the inner critic, relaxes the nervous system, and helps you feel safe inside your own body again. You’ll be guided through a grounding meditation and then immersed in layers of sound and vibration that support: • releasing stress and emotional weight • calming anxious thoughts and overthinking • opening the heart and receiving your own tenderness • reconnecting with the parts of you that have felt unseen, unchosen, or exhausted Come as you are—tired, tender, or overwhelmed. Let the frequencies hold you while you remember: you don’t need to earn love. You are love, and you are already worthy of being met.
