Sessions may support: - Relationship challenges + communication patterns - Attachment wounds / emotional triggers - Self-abandonment + people-pleasing patterns - Confidence + self-worth rebuilding - Identity shifts / life transitions - Emotional regulation - Boundary work - Relational dynamics - Subconscious pattern rewiring - Reconnecting to self-trust + authentic expression
