Self-Love Sound Bath: Remembering Your Wholeness 🌿 What if self-love isn’t about becoming someone better, but remembering that you are already enough, just as you are? So often, we spend our lives searching outside ourselves for love, acceptance, and validation, believing that something is missing within us. Join us for a peaceful and nurturing evening of guided meditation and healing sounds as we explore what it truly means to love and accept ourselves. Together, we’ll create space to quiet the inner critic, release self-judgment, and reconnect with the love and peace that already exist within us. Through gentle reflection, meditation, and the soothing vibrations of sound, we’ll practice meeting ourselves with compassion rather than criticism. Self-love isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about learning to stop abandoning yourself and embracing who you already are. Come as you are. Nothing to prove, nothing to change, and nothing you need to become.
