A women-only somatic movement experience rooted in grounding, nervous system safety, emotional capacity, embodied movement, and energetic release. This is healing movement, not traditional fitness. Includes: - Grounding - Breathwork - Nervous system regulation - Somatic movement - Fascia release - Embodied activation - Emotional release - Feminine embodiment / confidence work - Sound + integration
